As macrame becomes increasingly popular, cropping up everywhere from homewares to jewellery to clothing and all over Pinterest, we are showing you how to recreate these designs yourself with our beginner's online workshop. In this online macrame class you will learn all the basics of macrame, including what materials to use, how to do basic macrame knots, and how to read macrame patterns.

You will combine different knots and techniques to create a beautiful modern macrame plant hanger made from cotton rope sourced here within the UK. Use your skills to make yourself a wall hanging when you get home. Its all possible once you know the basic knots!

If you need to leave the class early don't worry because we send you a recording of the class  so you can catch up and finish it whenever it suits you.
Level:

Great activity for the firm.

We really enjoyed the session and I love that I’ve been able to introduce your company to our firm! Not sure if you know but we also did a raffle recently and one of the prizes was a £75 voucher for T&C!

Hopefully we will do more team/firm sessions in the future as it’s been so good to do something a bit different to keep us being sociable.

Loved it

Thank you SO much Jane! I utterly enjoyed it. You have such a calm manner and I was frankly amazed I managed it (and it's still hanging! lol). it's a bit uneven but I am classifying that as charming, and I definitely want to make more! So looking forward to doing more of your classes and eventually EVENTUALLY being in Covent Garden :)

Thanks so much Ayesha - I'm so looking forward to re-opening on the 12th April ... not long to go now!
