Well that is it! The scarf I was knitting is now finished! I think I can definitely wait now until I pick up another set of knitting needles although I do have a pair of socks on the go and I have found a lovely pattern for beret which I really want to try as well! But I think I’ll have a break for a bit and concentrate on my large granny square blanket (just one square instead of many sewn together).

Here is a picture of the scarf . . . I did the entire scarf in rib stitch using Rowan Cashsoft Double Knitting Wool which is a blend of cashmere and wool so its really soft and warm! One end with “sweetcorn”  and the other in “thunder” otherwise known as yellow and grey.
